Market may rise slightly next week owning to bad weather at Black Sea. Vessels are delaying, cargo supply obviousy exceeeds tonnage at the market recently. Seems ice will not cover lower Don River due to continious positive tempreture at the region. We are not expecting real ice precence till 25 Dec 2013. Meantime ice dues will come in power since 11 dec 2013 adding about 1,5-2,0 usd to freight despite of actual ice presence
