Forecasted east wind from Saturday 22 February night may cause decrease of water level at Lower Don and create certain problems to navigation for next 3-6 days. Freight market being on positive side can grow further owing to delays caused by unfavorable weather and necessity to execute existing contracts. Rouble falls against dollar and this gives more opportunities for traders and for the freight market respectively. Ice situation generally is getting better – latest convoy passing time form Kerch to ADMK is about 1,5 days, so ice risks are not so great as they were 10 days ago. We expect further market growth at least till mid March dates or removal of ice restrictions.
