Starting from 07 March 2014 and at least till 12 March 2014 wind of hurricane force reaching over 40 kts is forecasted at Azov Sea region. Navigation will be suspended; critical water decrease is suspected up to -2 meters and more. No vessels coming after 06 March 2014 will enter or leave Azov/Rostov. Such weather shock will affect freight market as well supporting nowadays positive trend from the other hand supported by 30% BDI recovery within last month. East wind will finally destroy remaining ice fields at Taganrog Bay and we hope since 15-20 March ice restrictions will be removed.
