Today, 04 February 2014 navigation resumed at Azov Sea. Ice convoys from Yeisk, Mariupol and Azov start moving to Kerch and we expect inbound convoy will be formed at Kerch within next 5-6 hours. Fortunately ice staff does not require ice class higher than ice1/l4 according to RMRS rules. Anyhow 10 days lost waiting for weather improvement should obviously lead to certain market increase and exporters are supported by ruble 10% devaluation during last 2 weeks. From other hand sea market is a low side due to Chinese new year and political crisis in Ukraine don’t help much Black Sea shipping. Azov Sea is fully frozen
