There are three different documents from Taganrog port authorities making confusion on ice restrictions after indulgence. First - the most strict dated 10.12.13 limits vessel age to 30 years old unless vessel classed by IACS society and also requires ice class. Second and third "indulgencies" has no any references on vessel age or class, but require certain fuel, water and food stores. It's not totaly clear wether vessels above 30 years old non-IACS classed able to call Rotov and Azov ports nowadays. We noticed at least 2 old ladies m/v "Porada" blt 72' and m/v "Catrine-3" who had entered Rostov since indulgence. We are welcome you to leave your considerations on above topic.
