Nowadays with positive degrees at Rostov-on-Don region ice commence melting at Azov Sea and ice fields lost about 30% during last week. Lower Don river reported to be fully free from ice. Further positive degrees and moderate wind are forecasted. Despite of above circumstances Rostov Port Authorities has detained several vessels already included into ice convoy for unsufficent ice class reason denying documents from classification society and obvious facts of ice absence. Theatre of absurd will continue tomorrow. We shall update.
