From 25 till 30 December 2013 in view of positive degrees and absence of ice at Don river Rostov port administration shall not require ice class from vessels not older than 30 years old. Restriction for older ladies remains unchanged. Deceision could be prolonged further in case of good weather. Ice convoys/ice dues are not cancelled. This indulgence will not seriously affect on tonnage supply at Azov ports as almost all regular sea-river vessels younger than 30 years old has valid at least minimal ice class. Indulgence prolonged till 05 jan 2013.
