We expect substandart classed vessels over 30 years old shall not be allowed to trade Rosto/Azov after 2400 16 jan 2014 due to frosts coming at Rostov region. this obviously would cut tonnage supply. But scope of negative factors like BDI decrease for 30% for just 1 week and continious YTL devaluation give no chance for market rising. Trading is at low side. Freight below usd 30 to Azov to Marmara in our opinion is not a question anymore. Next target we see is usd 25,- till 25 of January in case Lyra will not recover.
