After first convoy hard outbound convoy which moves over 3 days between ADMK and Kerch it seems that some additional ice restrictions may came in force and there were some rumors approving that. But after 2-nd convoy and present improvement of weather at Rostov region we are not expecting new ice restrictions anymore. Both inbound and outbound convoys are moving with moderate speed of 4-6 knots that makes possible to reach Kerch from ADMK within 1,5-2 days which seems to be reasonable. We expect further improvement of navigation within next 2 weeks. As for freight market we see no negative tendency since most of vessels for next 2-3 convoys (8-12 days) are fixed and scheduled beforehand and spot market cannot exist due to convoy turn. Next fixtures deal with laycans of the very end of February/beginning of March only. We expect some support for exporters given by rouble devaluation as well.
