Recent weather forecast does not leave any possibility to move for any vessel at Azov sea. Significant water decrease at Lower Don owing to strong and cold North-East wind makes navigation impossible and according to recent forecasts wind will not change its direction at least till next weekend. Vessels bound to Azov as long as vessels loaded at lower Don shall not move at least till 4-5 February 2014. We expect Azov Sea shall be totally frosted till end of this week and if frost wil continue we expect that vessels classed L4 (ice1) shall not be allowed for first convoys and so shall loose addtitional couple of weeks.
